I was calling your giftee a “health nut” but I realized that sounded a little harsh… so “The Wellness Guru” it is (tell them I’m sorry). We all have that person in our life who’s seemingly obsessed with health and wellness, and lucky for you, they’re a lot easier to shop for than you may realize. Whether your giftee is male or female, I’ve linked a bunch of my favorite “wellness” products/ gift ideas below!
As always, if I’ve forgotten anything, let me know in the comments of this post!
Dry Brush $20
“Dry brushing is an essential—and energizing—skin-detox step. Made from pure, natural sisal, this brush exfoliates lightly and sweeps away dead skin to reveal glowing and smooth skin. Use it right before you turn on the water.”-Goop.
Couldn’t have said it better myself.
Quip
Quip is the new Ferrari of toothbrushes, and you probably didn’t even know you needed the Ferrari of toothbrushes until now. I haven’t used these myself but I’ve heard amazing things from friends! It is an electric toothbrush which is timed and has interchangeable heads. Maybe its not the most exciting gift to give to a friend, but its a great thing to ask for from your parents 😉
Lole Yoga Mat
Lole’s Yoga mats are said to be incredible- there are a lot of variations for different types of Yogi’s, plus their mats are 100% eco friendly and BPA free.
If you’re really trying to impress your giftee, opt for a Sally Mustang yoga mat. I’ve been eyeing these for YEARS, they’re so beautiful and unique.
Wicked Healthy Cookbook $13.99 $30
Ok… for some reason this is incredibly on sale right now, so if you’re interested, jump on it!! This cookbook is AMAZING. It was actually gifted to me by my friend Jake Sarno (son of cookbook co-author Derek Sarno) and I can’t say enough good things about it. The cookbook is completely vegan, easy to read, and the recipes are incredible. I used it at Thanksgiving! Cookbooks are such an amazing gift for any health-driven friends, and this one is especially amazing.
Yeti
Yeti’s are a health nut’s dream gift. If you’re unfamiliar, they are really nice, sturdy bottles that keep your beverages warm or cold. I’d recommend either the Rambler Mug ($24.99), or Wide Mouth Bottle (29.99) or the Tumblr (above) ($29.99).
HUM Nutrition Packs
These supplements are well-loved in the wellness world, and there are plenty you can choose from. There is a large variety, so if you know your giftee has been wanting to grow their hair outor needs a little boost of energy, they will be so happy recieving this thoughful gift!
Outdoor Voices Gear
You can’t go wrong with a little Outdoor Voices! They have incredible activewear/ loungewear- here are some of my favorites (clockwise)! The quality is amazing and designs are even better (I NEED that polka crop).
- Megafleece Crewneck
- 7/8 Flex Leggings
- Use Your Outdoor Voice Crew Neck
- Techsweat Crop Top
- 7/8 Springs Leggings
- Relay Shorts
Theragun $399
This is a deep muscle treatment which has outstanding reviews. This is a great gift for anyone who does intense training- its pricey but will be REALLY well recieved. If you need another reason Jason Nash loves it.
NutriBullet Blender $55
This set is a steal- I have a nutribullet and it is amazing for making on-the-go smoothies. If your giftee is in college, this is even better! It works in dorm room and apartments, so its perfect to take back to school.
Diffuser & Essential Oil
This pairing is perfect for any wellness guru (so good you should make sure they don’t own it already). This diffuser is beautiful and with the range of scents to go along, your giftee will be sure to find something they love and can make a night routine of.
If you want a cheaper option, this diffuser from Amazon is highly rated & only $19.99. Buy its Amazon essential oil set counterpart at only $8.
5 Minute Journal
5 Minute Journal is a well-loved journal/ book which encourages the user to jot down a few thoughts each day. People who have it love it- this is a perfect gift for anyone.
Classpass Credits
If you’re unfamiliar with the app, Classpass is a great platform which allows you to purchase “credits” in return for using those points for different workout classes. When I was in London, I used Classpass religiously- its such a fun way to try new studios. If your giftee lives in a city and loves workout classes, this is the perfect gift. If you’re interested in trying yourself, you can use my link to get $50 credit plus an exclusive deal when you join! (website link: http://class.ps/mFxnu)
