My Germany Lookbook

Hallo! I was blushing at how many questions I got about my outfits from Germany so instead of making you wait for the video, I wanted to share all of the pieces ASAP. A huge thank you to Sephora Collection for having me as a member of #TroopSC 2020- there are amazing things coming your way from SC!!

Here’s a full list of my Deutschland Kleiderschrank- “Germany Wardrobe” (say that 10 times fast). Enjoy!

En Route (Travel)

My travel was a bit less than ideal… but I made it to Germany in once piece (and that’s all that matters, right?) I was comfy the whole way while still looking somewhat together. Forgive me for not having a picture as there were more pressing issues like canceled flights and layovers in foreign countries, but you might be able to get an idea here:

Professional Comfortable Pants (they were the I.AM.GIA Mira Striped Wide Leg Pant which are sold out everywhere *sad face* but here’s another great very similar option from NA-KD.)

Significant Other Sweater I talk so much about this damn sweatshirt you guys probably think I don’t take it off- you might not be too far off. But seriously- I couldn’t think of a better hoodie. ‘Nuff said.

Platform Converse- I was a bit worried about wearing these for travel since I hadn’t broken them in and I’ve had issues with Converse before, but these shoes have been incredible (and very compliment inducing). Get them before they’re sold out!!

Day One

Photoshoot

Our dresscode for the shoot was jeans & a black tank, so I went back to basics with some a few of my favorite capsule items. My jeans are from Free People and I absolutely love them (order true to size), and my tank I’ve had forever, find a similar one here!

…After the shoot we were gifted some amazing pieces… an Aritzia Super Puff(mine in the shade High Gloss Army Green) and beautiful Hexagonal Blue Ray Bans.

Tour of Munich

After our shoot, we were treated to a mini-tour of Munich and got to stop by the incredible Nymphenburg Palace where we were greeted by magical SWANS!

Hat: (a new wardrobe favorite) is from Free People

Racer Shirt: Free People

Jeans: Free People (I’m sensing a pattern…)

Jacket: (similar)

Shoes: Converse

Day Two

Schwan Cosmetics Tour

We had an incredible tour of Schwan Cosmetics to learn about how some SC products are made. I wanted a professional yet fun look… here’s what we got!

Jeans: (similar) Free People

Sweater: (similar) Reformation

Shoes: Nasty Gal

Jacket: Aritzia

Trans-Atlantic (Travel)

I never am one to wear sets to travel, but this Free People set convinced me otherwise. It’s effortless and doesn’t scream “I’m an influencer” the way I’d normally feel in a matching set at the airport (no shade).

& that’s a wrap! I got so many questions about my outfits so I wanted to make sure everything was easy to find. Stay tuned for my Germany vlog, going up early January on YouTube!!

  3. Hi Margot! I am so impressed by your social media and what you’re personal “brand” is becoming! I’m trying to start a blogging website that I can sell merchandise and post skincare and wellness. I was thinking of your youtube channel because I know you did some videos about being productive and thought of an idea for one of your videos along the lines of how to brand yourself and how to blog and make posts.
